We have a well-established BPCS Support Team with over 15 years experience of supporting the application. They have all spent time as an end user and so fully appreciate the use of the application in its business environment and hence why our support is proactive, not just reactive with exceptional customer service.
We currently provide support to some of the largest organisations in their business sector, both in the UK and across Europe.
And we do more than just support the application. We can also support many of the 3rd party applications used in conjunction with BPCS as well as the wider IBM iSeries platform and operating system.

Our services include problem analysis, investigation and resolution which may include database and file updates, user administration, user advice and support, temporary workarounds and liaison with 3rd party solution providers where appropriate.
Our user administration service covers user creation, maintenance and deletion and using SQL/DFU we can also resolve data corruption or mass changes for master file maintenance updates.
Additionally, we are able to assist with advice and support around new processes to support the development and growth of your business.
