This policy covers all sites produced by Affiliated Computer Services in the UK ("ACS"). ACS is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what personal information ACS collects and the purposes for which it uses this information. This policy may change from time to time so please check back here periodically. If you wish to contact ACS concerning any matter relating to your personal information then please send us an email.

This Website has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information under ACS's control. However no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and whilst ACS strives to protect your personal information, ACS cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once ACS receives the transmission, ACS makes best efforts to ensure the security on the system.

ACS provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. For the purposes of this statement "ACS" shall mean ACS Information Technologies UK Ltd or any affiliated organisation within the ACS group, such as Anix Group Ltd.

If you visit www.acs-ito.co.uk, you accept these conditions; please read them carefully and when you visit or purchase from any business affiliated with ACS, whether or not included in the ACS web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

Facilities

(i) Restrict or prevent any other user from enjoying use of the Facilities.

ACS reserves the right to terminate access to all or any of the Facilities at any time with or without notice for any reason.
Use of the Facilities is conditional upon and subject to compliance with these terms and conditions of use.

ACS has no obligation to conduct monitoring of the Facilities but reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law or regulation.

You acknowledge and agree that the Facilities are public and that your communications may be read by others without your knowledge. You should therefore exercise caution when providing any personal information about you or your family.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant ACS a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You grant ACS the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify ACS for all claims resulting from content you supply.

ACS excludes to the fullest extent permitted by law any liability with regard to the Facilities and any actions resulting from your participation in the Facilities.

The views expressed on any of the Facilities whether by other users or forum managers and hosts do not necessarily reflect the views of ACS.

ACS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or edit the content of any message or file uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise communicated to the Facilities.
